Your purchase comes back as a discount

Nema is the Três Trevo loyalty program. Every e-book you buy earns you Nema, and your balance pays for part of your next book.

Our editions in English are on their way. When they arrive, every purchase earns Nema under these rules.

How you earn it

10% of what you paid becomes Nema, and each N$ 1 is worth R$ 0.50 off. If you used Nema on a purchase, it is calculated on the amount you actually paid.

When the balance is released

Seven days after the purchase, once the cancellation period is over. Until then, the balance shows as pending in your member area.

How you use it

1. Sign in to your member area.
2. Pick your next e-book and go to checkout.
3. Tick “Use my Nema balance”. The discount covers up to half of the price, and you pay the rest by card.

The balance belongs to the email address of your account.

Refunds

If you ask for a refund, the Nema that purchase earned is cancelled, and any Nema you used on it goes back to your balance.

What Nema is not

• It is not money: it cannot be withdrawn.
• It cannot be transferred to anyone else.
• It only works as a discount on purchases from Três Trevo.

Campaigns and new ways to earn and use it

We may run campaigns and promotions that award Nema in other ways — such as bonuses on certain purchases — or that widen where and how it can be used. Each campaign states its own terms. By joining a campaign, or by using Nema after a rule is published, you agree to the terms in force.
