Last updated on October 21, 2026.
Who looks after your data
Três Trevo Publishing (Brazilian company ID 18.928.966/0001-59, Montauri, RS, Brazil) is the controller of the personal data processed on this site. Data protection contact: sac@3trevo.com.br.
What we collect
Your name and email when you create your member area or make a purchase; purchase details (product, amount and payment status), handled by the payment provider; your reading progress and the books you choose; and browsing data (pages visited and where the visit came from), through measurement cookies.
What we use it for
To create and keep your account, give you access to what you bought or chose, remember where you stopped reading, calculate your Nema balance, handle support and refund requests, and understand which pages work best. We only send news by email if you agree, and you can unsubscribe at any time through the link in the email itself.
Legal basis
Performance of our agreement with you (account, purchases and reading), compliance with legal obligations (tax records), your consent (news emails and measurement cookies) and legitimate interest (site security).
Measurement cookies
Google Analytics and the Meta pixel are only turned on after you click "Accept" in the cookie notice. If you decline, the site works normally, without those cookies. You can change your choice at any time: review my choice.
Who we share it with
Only with the services the site needs to work: hosting and database (Supabase, Cloudflare and GitHub), payments (Mercado Pago), email delivery and audience measurement (Google Analytics and Meta). We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. Purchase records are kept for the period required by tax law. If you ask us to delete your account, we erase everything else.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, port or delete your data, find out who it was shared with, and withdraw your consent, under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD). If you are in the European Union, you also have your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Write to sac@3trevo.com.br.
Security
You sign in through a link sent to your email, so we never store a password, and your data travels over an encrypted connection.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its update date.
